2011 was a quiet, but still pretty interesting year. Here is a small summary of what I managed to do:

I also spent a fair bit of time considering how one should model the pricing in the Danish housing market (besides the trivial dependency on loan payments). One dependency I would like to model is demography and family sizes. So far my only conclusion (based on much simpler arguments) is that the market is likely to stay locked up until around 2025.
Right now most of my time is spent on developing software for a high-speed camera, which needs to be synchronised with data from other sources.
