International Standard Book Numbers

I have implemented an Ada package for handling and checking ISBN's based on an article by Kjeld Bagger Laursen (laursen@math.ku.dk).

I have not spent much time checking if it works correctly (or on other compilers than GNAT 3.07 for Digital Unix). Please write me if you find errors or problems, or if you have suggestions for improvements.
